This PS was inaugurated by ADGP CID, WB on 01.03.2019 after sanction vide notification no. 642/PL/4P-27/12(PT.I) Dated 01.03.2019 of Govt. of West Bengal.
Jurisdiction : Rest of West Bengal except the area covered by Kolkata Police.
Cyber Crime PS CID, WB deals with various type of cyber crime reported/controlled at this PS apart from this they also provide assistants to the other cyber crime police stations of different districts of West Bengal.
This PS also deals with the different cyber crime related petitions submitted by the public towards superiors as well as the work ordered by superiors.
